This semester of Culinary Arts took an amazing journey around the world! Preparing dishes that have homes in Dominican Republic, Greece, France, India, North Africa and more we have learned the history of food. Its regional. We eat differently because we're different people from different places. Different places grow different things. This lends to cultures interacting with each other to create new and exciting dishes that we love today. But its the traditional "staples" that bring our Ethnicity closer together!
